Joe D was right but for the wrong reasons. It is not your youth it is your lack of meaningful experience. Mike Francessa Chris Russo, Joe Benigno, all paid there dues to get where they are.. For some inexplicable reason you were handed this position and the way you handled Joe D shows the lack of experience and the obvious immaturity. You need to go down to Orlando for a few years or go do overnights and work out the kinks 24 or 50 years old does not matter you are not ready for prime time..
